Frequently Asked Questions1. What is MoreGood?
MoreGood is an online platform where art, activism, and fashion intersect. We sell high-quality apparel, art prints, posters, accessories, digital goods, and more with 1/2 of the proceeds from every individual purchase donated to a specific cause or organization fighting for our liberation.

    2. How does the donation process work?
When you purchase an item, 1/2 of the proceeds go directly to a cause or organization tied to that specific product. Donations are made once a product sells out, ensuring that your contribution has a direct, measurable impact. Learn more on how it all works here!

    3. Where can I see the organizations you donate to?
We call out the organizations we support on all of our individual product pages. You can also check out our donation tracker, where we share monthly spotlights of the origanizations and people we support directly as well as regular donation updates so you can see exactly where your money is going and the change it’s helping create.

    4. How do you choose where donations go?
We prioritize organizations that align with our values and are deeply rooted in a larger anti-capitalist and anti-imperialist movement, with a focus on racial equity, defending human rights, and uplifting Black, brown, and indigenous communities. Through careful research and meaningful relationship-building, we hope to ensure that the causes we support are actively driving real change.

    5. Can I suggest a cause or organization for MoreGood to support?
Absolutely! We’re always open to suggestions and expanding our network and impact. You can email us at hello@more-good.co or use this contact form to share your recommendations.

    6. Who creates the artwork and designs sold on MoreGood?
Unless stated otherwise, all designs, illustrations, and artwork are created by Christina Moreland, an award-winning artist with nearly a decade of experience in creative direction, brand design, illustration, and traditional animation.

    7. Do you use AI to create your work?
No, we don’t use AI to create any of our artwork, illustrations, designs, photography, or video work. Our work is deeply rooted in human experience, emotion, and storytelling, which can’t be replicated by algorithms designed to prioritize efficiency and profit over creativity and authenticity. AI, as it currently exists, is environmentally destructive, especially for lower-income neighborhoods, and built on the exploitation of artists, writers, creators, and marginalized communities whose labor and knowledge are harvested without consent or compensation. We reject all systems that devalue human artistry and perpetuate capitalist cycles of extraction. Every piece we create is a reflection of personal lived experience and a commitment to our craft.

    8. Are the art prints and apparel ethically produced?
Yes! We’re committed to sustainable practices, using high-quality, ethically produced garments and prioritizing environmentally conscious printing and packaging. Our limited edition pieces and one-of-one exclusives are made to order and we utilize pre-orders when needed, allowing us to minimize waste, reduce overproduction, and ensure that every item we create serves a good purpose. As MoreGood expands, our ability to reinvest directly back into our own communities will expand with it. We'll be able to produce everything ourselves using sustainable, high-quality materials while building local and independent supply chains.

    9. How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing typically takes 3–5 business days, Domestic Shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing, and International Shipping typically takes 10–14 business days after processing, depending on your location. You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking information once your order ships. We utilize pre-order and made-to-order production processes as much as possible to help us ensure we’re not creating waste.
    • Pre-Order Items: These products are usually produced in bulk after selling out, so production and delivery typically take 4–6 weeks, depending on the item.
    • Made-to-Order Exclusives: One-of-one, handmade, or custom pieces may take 4–6 weeks to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship before shipping.

    10. What is your return/refund policy?
Due to our donations model and because our products directly support important causes, we typically do not offer full refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@more-good.co.

    11. Partnerships and commissions?
We’re open to meaningful collaborations and projects that share our values and passion for creativity as a tool for change. If you’re interested in partnering with us, contact us with your proposal or idea.

    13. How do you ensure transparency with donations?
We’re committed to full transparency and we share receipts, donation confirmations, and periodic impact updates on our site and occassionally via social media. Our goal is to ensure that you always know where your money is going and how it’s making an impact and difference. Check back soon on an update on our donations.

    14. Are donations tax-deductible?
No, since purchases are made in exchange for art and goods, they are not considered tax-deductible. Donations made directly to us are also not tax-deductible because we are not a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

    16. How can I stay updated on new releases and sales?
Follow us on our Instagram and TikTok, and stay tuned for our newsletter (coming soon) for the latest product drops, donation and impact updates, and behind-the-scenes content.
