How It All Works
Step 1.
We create small-batch art, apparel, and goods.
We make small-batch, intentional art and goods, priced for accessibility and created with people and our planet in mind. Each of our collections and works are created slowly and intentionally to counter fast-fashion practices and to create through the lens of play, curiousity, and aid, not profit and productivity. Everything here is designed by Christina Moreland, an award-winning artist and illustrator. MoreGood was created in an attempt to answer these questions: What does art look like in an anti-fascist, anti-capitalist world? What more can art do?
Step 2.
You purchase one-of-a-kind, handmade artwork.
Your purchase supports both our creative practice and the movements we advocate for through our donations. Our pricing reflects the care and passion in our creative work, the cost of sustainable production, and our commitment to directing meaningful support to grassroots organizations. Think of your purchase as a double investment: in human made art and in the communities it supports.
Step 3.
1/3 of every purchase is donated to grassroots groups.
We donate to an evolving network of movements connected to the communities we aim to serve. We specifically prioritize Black, Indigenous, Brown, and LGBTQIA+ communities. Once an item sells out, we donate 1/3 of every purchase to grassroots groups rooted in pro-Black, anti-fascist, and anti-colonial values. When possible, we also create limited edition pieces or collections, with 100% of proceeds donated to causes we support. Every donation is tracked here.*
*Will update donation tracker once we have data.
If you’d like to support our work beyond purchasing art and goods, you can donate to us directly. This option exists for those who believe in the mission of MoreGood but may not need or want to purchase something right now. Though, if you would like to donate and purchase artwork, that would be sweet too.
We’re Anti-Corporation
We welcome collaborations with big brands and companies, but only if they align with our mission in both theory and practice. We maintain full creative freedom to ensure every project reflects our commitment to justice, care, and liberation. If you’re looking to collaborate, please contact us.
If you’re an individual or small organization whose work centers around advocacy, liberation, and anti-colonial ideas or practices and are in need of graphic design or illustration work but you have no budget or project funding, please fill out this form. More details about this pro bono iniative coming soon.
This is slow work. We experiment, make mistakes, draw and design by hand (or on computers with our hands), and take our time. Slowness lets us care about process, people, and our planet, instead of hustling for profit. We want to create and produce high-quality, well-crafted artworks, clothing collections, home goods, and more. If you believe in this kind of slow, intentional work, you can support us by shopping from our collections or donating to our studio directly. Thank you for your empathy.
Everything on this site and within our shop was created by Christina Moreland, a human being. We do not use AI to create or produce any of our content, copywriting, illustration, branding, design, imagery, or motion work.
